Mrs. Ida Lintner is recovering from a severe attack of diphtheria. The same is true of her daughter, taken sick at the same time of the one whose death was mentioned last week in The Republican. Miss Agnes Lintner was taken with the 'same ffiseaseL last Saturday, but it is thought that this case is well under control. A protracted meeting, held by Rev. Jas. T. Stafford, closed Sunday night Many would have preferred that the meetings could have been continued as some interest wasjmanifested and the attendance large, considering the amount of sickness in the neighborhood, and recently three deaths.
