CIRCUIT COURT NOTES.

Judge Ward arrived Kentland Mouthy afternoon. and Miss Lizzie L illiatup, the (stenographic reporter, from Fowler, on Tuesday. In the case of John Mnst’rton, charged with aduliei y, his bad declared forfeited. , He has written to his attorneys that he will come back and face the music and restore his faded reputation. He has married thp female in the case. Wm. Gilmore plead guilty to two charges of selling liquor without a license, and was fined S2O in each case. Also to one charge of keeping a gaming house; $5 and costs. Several other indictments against him were dismissed. Two indictments against Henry Granger for selling liquor to minors, were quashed. Charles Williams and James Jones, the two boys brought over from Remingon awhile ago, for stealing from a store, plead guilty to two charges oTpetiF larceny. On one the penalty was 20 days in jail and $1 fine.On the other plea they were each sentenced to the penitentiary for one year, but on account of their youth and previous good records, the penitentiary sentences are suspended during their good behavior. Their ages are 17 and 18 years, respectively.
