SEIZED IN COLUMBIA.

Another vessel flying the American flag has been seized by the Columbia gunboat La Popa. Advices were received on tbe 3d, saying that the vessel, Frederick L. Scheppe, had been seized while calling for cocoanuts on San Blas coast. The Scheppe left this port about a month ago with a cargo for Greytown. From there she was to go along the coast and pick up the cocoanuts which.had been collected for her in various places, but when she reached the San Blas coast she shared the fate of the vessels of Forter & Co., being seized by the Columbian gunboat La Popa and taken to Cartagena where she is held. A dispatch from Wash ington says the State Department has little information in regard to the seizures recently made by the Columbian Govern ment, but that full particulars are expect e-.t daily.
