Sheriff’s Sale. BY VIRTUE of a certified copy of a decree and execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause no 4005, wherein Edwin P. Hammond ami William 15. Austin were plaintiff, an I Miry H. Hawheaud John VY. Waugiiop, administrator of the estate of Arthur J.- Hawhe. deceased requiring me to make tile sum of two hundred and seventv-eiglit dollars and ninety-ilve cents (1278.35) together with interests and costs, I will expose at public sale on Saturday the 18th day of January, A. D. 1890, between the hours of io o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House in the Town of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits, for a term not exceeding seven (7) years, by the year, of the following described real estate, to-wit: The south half (%) of the southeast quarter (M) and the east half (tj) of the southwest quarter t*4) in section three (J) township thirtv-one (31) north, range tlye(si west, in Jasper county, state of Indiana. And should such rents and profits not sell for a sum suflicient to discharge said decree and execution, interests ana costs, I will, at the same time and place, and in the manner aforesaid, expose at public sale the fee simple right of said defendants in and to said real estate or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to discharge said decree and execution, interest and costs, Said gale will be made without relief and in. accordance with the order of Conrt in said decree and execution.
