County and State aforesaid, and uver.the agent twenty-one years, not in the Imhlt'gfDiSSiihing Intoxicated, and a, fit petson to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners, of. Jasper county, in the State of Indiana, at *their regular December term, 1889, for a license to sell spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing the same to he drank on the premises where sold.
