Ditch Notice. WHKREaS. William Baris and Thomas Randle filed in tte Auditor’s office of Jasper ebnnty. in the state of Indiana, a pofitton to the Board of Commissioners of the county of Jasper and state of Indiana, praving said Board to cause to he constructed a ditch or draiu in Barklcv township, countv mid-State aloieaaid, as hereafter described; and whereas on the 6th day of September, A. D. 1889, the same being the sth day of the regular September sesion 1889, Of said Board of Commissioners, they did by an order duly entered of. Record, appoint Addison Parkison, David B, Newels and W. W. Watson as viewers in said cause, to view said proposed ditch and to perform certain duties in said order named and to do and perform-all other necessary acts and services as such viewers, and to file -their report with the countv Auditor; and whereas said viewers have made their view of said pro - posed work and after having subscribed and sworn to the same, have filed their report with the undersigned county f Auditor of said county of Jasper.
