Kight, a male inhabitant of said Marion township and over the age of twenty-one years, of good moral character, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and tit in every respect to lie entrusted with the sain of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said Jaspcrcoun ty, at their September teim, 1889, said term commencing on Monday, September 2, 1889, for a lieense to sell and barter spiritons, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating ltquors in a less quantity than a quart at a ! time, with the privilege of .allowing and permitting the same to be drank in the following premises, to-wit: Commencing one hundred and seven (107) feet and ten (10) inches westerly from the easterly corner of block four (4) in the town 6? Rensselaer at a point on the notlierJy line of Washington street on lot number onefl) in sftid block and' running thence north tlijrty-two (32) degrees and fifty (50) minutes west, parallel with Van Rensselaer street, forty-rpne (49) feet and thence south fifty-seven (67) degrees and ten (10) minutes west parallel with Washington street twenty (20) feet, thence south thirtytwo (32) degrees and fifty (50) minutes east parallel with Van Rensselaer street fortynine (49) feet and thence north fifty-seven (57) degrees and ten (10) minutes east along the northerly line of Washington street twenty (20) feet to place of beginning.
