Kiglit, a male inlmbitant of said Marion township arid over the age of twenty-one years, of good moral character, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and fit in every respect to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper coun ty, at their September term,' 1889, said term commencing on Monday, September 2, 1889, for a lieensc to sell and barter spiritous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to lie drank in the following premises, to-wit: Commencing one hundred and seven fIW) feet and ten (,K>) inches westerly front the easterly corner of block four (4) in the town of Rensselaer at a point on the motherly lineof Washington street on lot unhvber one (1) in said block and running thence north thirty-two (32) degrees and fifty (60) minutes west, parallel witli Van Rensselaer street, forty-nine (49) feet and thence south fifty-seven (67) degrees and ten (10) minutes west parallel with Washington street twenty (26) feet, thence south thirtytwo (82) degrees and fifty (50) minutes east parallel with Van Rensselaer street fortynine (49) feet and thence north fifty-seven (57) degrees and ten (10) minutes east along the northerly line of Washington street twenty (20) foot to place of beginning.
