The Charles Yohn Ditch, No. 69 * and successor of the Stimpson Ditch ' was dismissed at the cost of petitioners. The state cases against Carl Hoops, of Remington, chargefl with selling liquor without license, were dismissed. The indictment against John Platt, chargedwith perjury, was quashed. In the case of Charles Yates, charged with trespass, appealed from jus. dice’s court, it was shown that the projierty upon which the trespass was committed, did not belong to John Kohler, the complaining wit--11 css, but to his wife, and the court instructed the jury to find for Yates.
