Death of Thornton J. Hoover.

Thornton ,T. Hoover, son of the late Alfred Hoover and brother of Wm. M., and Geo. O. Hoover of Rensselaer, died at his home in Attica on Sunday March 10, of a heart trouble, at the age of about 48 years. His sickness was of short duration, and his mother and brother William reached his bedside only a few hours before his death. His funeral was held on the Tuesday -following his death, and was conducted by the Attica lodge of the Knights of Honor. His surviving family, 0 widow and one daughter, are left in most comfortable circumstances, financially, the deceased having amassed a considerable competence, through mercantile pursuits, in Attica.
