Sale of Lands Mortgaged to School Fund. Annual Sale of Lands in Jasper County, State of Indiana, Mortgaged, to the State of Indiana, for the use of the Congressional and Common School Hunds and upon which Payments of Interest were due on Jhe First Day of January 1889. NOTICE is hereby given, that I will, on the Fourth Monday of March, being the 25th day of- March, 1880, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M.,of said day, nt the door of the Conrt House, in the town of Rensselaer, in the County of Jasper and State or Indiana, offer for sale nt. public outcry, in fee simple, for cash, so much of all the mortgaged promises as will ray the amount due on the mortgage, including principal, Interest, damages and costs. The following is a description of the mortgaged premises, toget her with the amount of principal and interest due thereon to the day of sale, being the 25th day of March, A. D. 1889. The south one-half of the northeast quarter of section twenty-nine (29) in township twenty-eight (28) north, range six (6) west, and mortgaged by Robert W. Erwin, February 15, 1882, to the State of Indiana, for the use of the following funds, to-wit: Congressional* Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Five (5) west, for the principal sum of One Hundred and Sixty-Five Dollars ($165.00), interest due thereon to date of sale Twenty-Seven and eighty-six hundredths ($27-86), Congressional Township thirty one <3l),range five (5i west, for principal sum of one hundred and eighty-one dollars ($181.00), interest due thereon to date of sale, thirty and fifty-six hundredths dollars ($30.56), Congressional Township twentyseven (27), Range seven (7) west, for the principal sum of two hundred’and five dollar* ($205.00), interest due thereon to date of sale, thirty-four and fifty-seven hundredths dollars ($34.57), and for Common School Fund for the principal sum of forty-nine dollars ($49.00, interest due thereon to date of sale, eight and twenty-seven hundredths dollars ($8.27).
