Notice is hereby given that upou petition filed in said court l»y Ezra L. Clark, administrator, Deßonus Non of said estates, setting up the insufficiency of the estates of said decedents, to pay the debts and liabilities thereof, the Judge of said court did, on the 23 day of January 1889, find said estates to be probably in( solvent, and order the same to be settled accordingly.
