EXCITEMENT IN FRANCE.

The French Chamber of Deputies, after a long and exciting debate,- Thursday, decided to postpone tbe revision of the Constitution, contrary to the recommendation of the Ministry. The vote stood 307 to 217. On the declaration of the result M. Floquet announced the resignati&fof his ministry. There was great exoitement.
