Rudeness in Speech.

Richmond Religious Herald. Some pride themselves upon saying rude things. They fancy they have done a smart thing when they have given a rugged coarse rebufi. We have known some Christian men to be very unchristian in this particular. All such ought to ponder this remark, made by one of the greatest of great men: “Sir, a man bas no more right to say an uncivil thing than to act one—no more right to spy a rude tiling to another than to knock him down.”
