A Bad Accident.

Mrs; S. A. Irwin, tlifc venerable mother of Clerk J. F.. Irwin, met with a bad accident last Friday, at her residence in Newton’s acU ditiom She stepped upon a spot of bare ground, made slippery by the rain, and falling heavily, she fractured a hip bone, near the joint This is a painful and tedious injury, in all cases, and with persons of advanced age, especially so, and likely to result in permanent disability.
