Something About School Teachers. County Superintendent Warren has just completed a yearly report to the State Superintendent, showing the number of teacher’s licenses issued by him for the year ending May 31, 1888. The report shows that during the year Mr. Warren has issued 119 licenses. Of these 4 were for 3 years, 13 for 2 years, 76 for 1 year and 26 for 6 months. The residences of these teachers, by townships is as follows: Hanging Grove 5, Gillam 29, Walker 4, Barkley 3, Marioh 21, Jordan 1, Newton 14, Keener 4, Kankakee 1, Wheatfield 4, Carpenter 15, Milroy 0, Union 3, from outside of county 15.
