A NEBRASKA TRAGEDY.
Seven Persons Murdered and an Effort Made to Burn the Bodies. Mrs. Treese, Fred Goatelu sober, her son in-law, his wife, three children and a younger brother, Louis, were burned to death, Friday, near Arlington, Ark. The barn on the Treese farm was found at daybreak by the neighbors to be on fire. It vastoo late to rend er assistance, and the barn burned to the ground, together with some fifteen horses. _No trace of the family could be found until one of the neighbors found a boot protruding from the ruins. An examination resulted in finding the seven bodies burned into an unrecognizable mses. A hired man who was- employed by Mrs. Treese is missing, and is suspected of having murdered the entire family, conveyed their bodies to the barn, and then fired the building.
