AGAIN AT LAST.
Another Railroad (on paper) Crosses Jasper County. At last it is our pleasure to announce that still another railroad to cross Jasper county has been projected. Articles of incorporation were filed with the (Secretary of State, last Monday for the American Midland Railroad Company, the Indiana division of which is to extend from the Ohio to the Illinois State line, passing through with branches, the counties of Allen, Whitney, Kosciusko, Wabash,< Fulton, Pulaski, Jasper, Newton, Cass, White, Carroll, 'Benton, Tipton, Warren, B,‘arke, LaPorte, Porter and Lake. The capital stock is $4,800,000, and the’ managing directors are James T., Wilmot T. and Townsend Cox, Loren E. Ellsworth, Abiaham C. Jackson, Artuer Guthrie and Erastus F. Mead.
