You have noticed, no doubt, the ladies with mops, scrubbing brushes and pails, and the linen-attired men hard at work upon the cars side tracked in the yards of the Pennsylvania railroad, but I question whether you have ever stopped to think wbat the cleansing of the cars costs the compeny in the course of a year.
