Senator Stanford’s Herses Burned.

Fire At Palo Alto, Tuesday night, burned a portion oi tire Btables of Senator Leland Stanford. The following horses roasted to death: Clifton Belle, Rf xferd, Emma Robertson, Troubadour, Lowell and Howard. Norlaine, fwhich has a trottirg reeled, the fastest for a yeariing in the world, is not yet dead, bnt it is impossible for her to live. Two or three otheis will probably die. The loss will reach at least $200,000.
