Powderly and the Bight Hour Plan.
Mr. Powderly has written a long letter to Kwiglita throughoutthe coon try, in which he urges a dispassionate discussion of the eight hoar plan with employers. Politics should not be dragged date bo set for the change in time. A practical plan should be perfected, by mutual discussion, satisfactory to both sides and thus bring about a better feeling between the two clssßes. Many men, he says, are too purse-proud to disc ass matters with their employes, bnt happily these are few and the day is coming when these men will have no standing among sensible men.
