Dividing the whol i population into groups of those from 10 tq 15, from 15 to 20, from 20 to 25, from 25 to 30, from 30 to 40, from 40 to 50, and from 50 to 60, it is found that from the age of 20 the tendency to crime decreases at each sacessive term 33 per cent, in the case of men.
