BY VIRTUE of a certified copy of a decree and execution to me directed from tlie Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court., in a cause No. 8787 wherein Eli Fox was adaintiff- and Frank Aman, George C Aman. Susan Aman, ChaHes P. Kuntz, Elizabeth Kuntz, M. J. Kuntz, John 11. Gwin, A. J.
