Squire Morgan disposed of fotff state cases, last Fridajf. Jas. German of Nubbin Ridge.’ was charged with disturbing a religious meeting. He was engaged in the 6ame ruction as led to the fining of young Smith, mentioned last week. He showed that he had already been fined for thi'i’ particular offense by Squire Mar ’ ion, of Barkley tp, and SqiureMorgan discharged him. Jas. Burns, .(“Big Jim Burns”; of Barkley tp., was fined $1 and costs, $13.10 in All, for allowing a dead horse to lie by the roadside. Daniel Waymire was charge# with 'assiiult ‘’apd battery upor 4 Win. Michels. He was acquitted. Erastus Booth was fined $1 afid* costs, total $8.50, for violation of a law in regard to the sale of patent rights. :———J :
