The Building & Loan Association.

The Directors of the Building, Loan and Savings Association, fct their meeting last ning, elected Vai Seib, president, Delos Thompson, vice president, G. L. Marshall secretary, E. L.. Hollingsworth, treasurer and Hammond & Austin, attorneys. The salary of the attorneys is fixed at S4O per year. All fees collected by themj in the discharge of their duties are to be turned over to the 1 Association. The members of the Building and Auditing Committee are David Nowels, Addison Parkison and Hiram Day. The process of deciding, by lot, the terms of the directors resulted as follows: One year terms, Parkison, Nowels, Day. „ Two year terms, Eger, Ellis, Seib. Three year terms, Ferguson, Thompson, Rhoades. The bonds of the secretary and treasurer were each fixed at the sum-of SIO,OOO.- - - At another meeting, Saturday evening, the bonds of the secretary and treasurer were approved, and the secretary was directed to collect the entrance .fee of 25 cents per share. The first, monthly installments, will be due the last Saturday in this month.
