APPLICATION FOR LICENSE. NOTICE is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Fair Oaks and of Union township, in Jasper county. Indiana, that the undersigned Claus Graves a male inhabitant of the State of India - na and over twenty-one years of age, a man bf good moral character and not' in the habit of becoming intoxicated and lit in every respect to be entrusted with a license empowering him to sell and barter all intoxicating liquors in a le.-s quantity than a quart at a time will apply to the Board of Commissioners of J asper county, at March term, 1888, which commences on Monday March, 5, 1888, for a license to sell and barter -intoxicating liquors, consisting of spiritous vinous, malt and all kinds of intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time,with the privilege of allowing the same to be drank on ti e primises.
