, .The memory of man runneth not to a time when there was so small a number of unpaid tax delinquencies in Jasper as at the present time. Of a total,,of 213 delinquencies advertised this year, 110 were paid by the qwners before the hour of sale; and of the remaining 103, ninety-two were aold-atthe delinqaent sale. Monday.
