At the meeting of the stockholders of the Gas and Oil Company, . last Friday evening, it was unam- . mously voted that the directors Jshould proceed with the boxing, as the terms of the agreement with the contractors permit them to do,. They are directed to go on with the workas far, in their judgment, as thwe is any reasonable hope of success, or until all the available resources of the com,, pany are exhausted.
