The village ot Soloni, in Warren county, lowa, was almost entirely destroyed by fire Monday. -A:’ The forests in West Tennessee and Arkansas still rage. Many houses have been burned and railroad and river traffic is impeded. The lobs is already very heavy and only rain can save the threatened property. News from Arkansas, Texas and as far west as Fort Werth, indicate . abatement of forest fines in sections mote from telegraph and railway stations. It is feared that there will be terrible loss to property in the west. So far as heard from the loss is estimated at $500,000,
