The Festival and Baby Show.

The festival and baby show, by the M. E, Industrial Society, Tuesday evening,Was held in the court house, after Rev.. Handleys lecture tp the Teachers Instjtttte. A change that was made necessary by the bad weather. The joint attractions Of lecture and festival] drew a large attendance, and all the ice-cream Ac. was disposed of. The baby show was not the least interesrii-g-feature iif .the. evening, j although the inclemency of the weather operated to make tfoe display of inlantite. attractions very j meager in jioint of numbers.
