Vessel and All on Board Given Up as Lost.
The English steamship Madrid, which sailed from Philadelphia, May 25, for London, via Bull river, South Carolina, where she loaded a cargo, of phosphate rock, has been given up as lost with all on board. She was commanded by Captain Matthew Carson, who had with him a crew of twenty-five men. The steamer and cargo were 1 valued at $ 150,000. ■
