A Sad Suicide.

Tuesday morning th.e body ofMrs. Lizzie Rechef, wife of Dr. L. H.Becher, a prominent physicion of Morocco, was taken through this place on the way to Francesville, for burial. She died early Monday morning from an overdose of laudanum, taken with suicidal intent, as a letter she left to her friends conclusively shows She was undoubtedly deranged, from the effects of long continued ill-health. Her age was about 32 years. Her maiden name -was Conner, and her relatives live in the vicinity of Francesville. She leaves no children. Herself and her husband were very popular and highly respected in their place of residence, and her domestic relations were entirely happy. Her death was a hard blow to her husband, who himself was at death’s door Monday, from an attack of heart disease resulting from thd shock.
