The Town Doard.

-Vt their regular monthly meeti!!g, Monday night, the Town Board allowed claims to the amount of $286. Messrs. Wren and Rhoades were appointed a committee to examine into and report upon the advisability of constructing a sewer on the north side of Cornelia street, irbm the river to , Division street, and perhaps to Leopold's addition. Messrs. Greenfield and Rhoades were appointed a committee to ascertain the cost of a force pump and hose, wherewith to utilize the fire cisterns, in case of necessity. A resolution was adopted to make a sewer on east side of Van Rensselaer St., from F. W. Bapfist church to Makemsolf, provided thb property owners would pay for the tales, ■ It was decided to borrow for the Corporation fund SSOO from the Sinking fund, at 8 per cent, interest^ * * A-special session will be hehl soon, probably Saturday night, to inaugurate the newly elected town officers.
