Another suitagainst MonticelTo dismilssed.

Several years ago the school board of Mouticollo issued bonds to secure money with which to build a school-house. It was held tn suit that the issue was illegal as the board had no power to create an indebtedness of that kind. Other suits were filed by the holdtiers of the bonds to enforce pay'nent, and they got into the United States court, where decisions were made in favor of the town. Yesterday Judge Woods entered an order dismissing another t& the. cases, wherein Abner S. Merrill is plaintiff. Mouticollo has her school building, but lost the use of her money on the bonds, as the banker who negotiated them has gone to Can a hi, carrying the proceeds with him.—lndianapolis Journal.
