Another Fine Horse.
Ten of the leading farmers of Marion and Barkley tps., namely, S. R. Nichols, G. W. Burk, Ghas. Pullins, Richard Grow, G. H. Brown, jr., F. M, Parker, Wm. P. Baker, W. R. Nowele, Jasper Kenton and D. B. Nowels, have formed sn association, with S. R. Nichols as President and D. B. Nowels, Secretary, for the purpose of breeding fine horses.. They have purchased of Dunham, of Wayne, Dupage county, 111., the largest importer of horses in the country, an imported Percheron-Norman horse. He was imported last September, is three yeais old and Aveighs 1935 pounds, and cost the association $2,100. He is a dark iron-gray in color. It is the present intention of the association to confine his services only to the members thereof.
