A Card From Prosecutor Marshall.
Editor RkMJBUCAN : I am continually receiving anonynious letters concerning evil doors and violators of law. Sometimes there is a statement of the facts, connected with the violation and at other times only a list of witnesses whom the writer would like to have t 6 have summoned before the grand jury, without any intimation whatever as to what they know or will testify to. No attention can be given to these anonymous communications, 1 shall be glad,- at all times, to receive reliable information connected with mj official duties and any one knowing of any violation of the law, can write or consult with me freely and fully, with the positive assurance that all communications will be held in the stiictest confidence, and no one else see the letters or know who the informant is, but all letters mi st be signed by the writer, or no attention will be paid them. R. W. Marshall. Prosecuting Atty, 30th Jud. Circuit.
