The Circuit Court.

Judge Ward arrived Monday evening and opened the court and organized the Grand J urv, B. F. Ferguson being made foreman. Tuesday forenoon the docket was called and a large number of cases disposed of, by default, agreement of parties &c., thus makings “record” enough to employ the clerk and his deputy for several days. Among the cases in which judgments were given the plaintiffs, by default, were three divorce cases, viz? Susan A. Houser vs Lebolt Houser; Rhoda Riley vs Luther Riley and Mary E. Dunn vs Mienael Dunn. The grounds upon which divorces were asked were the same in all these cases, being abandonment. All were granted divorces, as before stated. Mrs. Dunn asked for and was granted the privilege of resuming her maiden name, Mary E. Weathers.
