Cogitations.

The first problem that a newly elected official has to solve is how to put 100 pegs in ten holes. Make soup while the bone lasts. Half-hour troubles are merely annoyances. It is not what you take in but what you don’t put out that makes you rich. Promises are virtually falsehoods until they are fulfilled. Some rich people find arimsement by imagining they are poor, but there is mighty little enjoyment in a poor man imagining be is rich.— Detroit Free Press.
