A London paper claims to have high aiijjhbrity for the statement that the government has abandoned the policy of conciliating Parnell, and will endeavor to form a coalition with the Whigs to resist the Nationalists. Unless Mr. Gladstone moves a want of confidence in the Salisbury Government the new Parliament will adjourn immediately after convening until February. ... .Dispatches from Vienna assert that peace negotiations between Bulgaria and Servia have been commenced on the basis of the union of the Bulgarias add the nomination of Prince Alexander to be Governor of Roumelia for five years. The Parnell party has issued to the electors of Great Britain and Ireland a manifesto charging the Liberals with having violated their pledges to Erin, and urging that only such Liberals or Radicals as are listed by the branches of the Nationalists’ Society should bp supported for Parliament.
