FROM WHEATFIELD CENTER.

Santa Claus is on the way The W. C. L. Club meets on Thursday instead of Saturday evening. The people of Center are agitating the question of a Christmas tree. Frank AValton wears a very broad smile. Its a boy, and its name is Reuben Adams Walton. Mr. Crawford has moved his dwelling house to his timber lot, and here dter will reside there. There is talk of a change of owners, and a new stock of goods in tile store now owned bv J. Welsh. Preparations are being made to enclose the large tract of land on the river, owned by L. Hodges.
