Bennett, for the damage she sustair* .ed in the loss of her husband, the above named Geo. H. Bennett, who was killed -by the cars, at La Cross, in Nov., 188:1. '.The amount of judgment asked for is 810,000. The plaintiff sets forth in his complaint that Bennett at the time of his death, was employed as a brakesman .on the L., N. A. & C., and was killed through no-fault of his own, and while In the line of his duty, through the •carelessness of Henry Cherry, the engineer of the train which killed him.
