Judge Woods Orders the Foreclosure and Safp of Hie Road. At Indianapolis last Monday Judge Woods, of the Federal Coprt, ordered a foreclosure and sale of the Chicago & Great Southern Railway in of the mortgage of $1,471,680, held by Henry H. Porter, President of the First National Bank, of Chicago, and the order stipulates that no bid under $300,000, including above liabilities, be entertained. Win. P.
