This is a very fortunate circumstance for the pioneers of ostrich-farming in thq countries named, as it greatly increases the value of the birds which they breed. * A book called “Small Provocations” was tossed into our lap on a train the other day. We didn’t read it, but have no doubt it is another edition of “Little Women,” with a change of title.
