Important to Holders of School Funds.

—— •? ■: i Section 4 of an act Approved April 11th, concerning the duty of County Auditors, in reference to the collections of School Fund Interest and Principal, reads as follows: : - “Sec. 4. It shall be the duty of the Auditor of each County,' iu case default shall be or has been made in the payment of Principal or interest of any School fund loan, to at once proceed to enforce tho collection of such principal or interest, as the case be; and any Auditor who shall fail or refuse to comply with the requirements of this Section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one thousand dollars.”
