From all we can learn, the people of northern Newton and Jasper, are going to have a big' time, at their celebration next Saturday. General Packard is sure to be there, and will deliver two orations. The various committeesAare hard at work, fixing up the grounds, i and 'perfecting arrangements; the fire works arc all ready and everything is in good shape to welcome, accommodate afnd satisfy the big crowd which will undoubtedly attend.
