BY virtue of a certified copy of a decree to fne directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein the Union C-ontral Insurance Com pany was plaintiff, and Frances Arnold, Charles H. Arnold and Addison Parkison, Ditch Commissioner of Jasper county, were Defendants, requiring pie to make tue sum of Nine Hundred find Thirty-six Dollars and Sixty-ufife cents ($938.00) together with interest andcosts.
