A Divorce Case. 3349 Abigail Kadus has begun an action for divorce from her husband, George A. Eadus, on tho plea of abandonment and failure to provideThe plairitiff, in her complaint, states that her maiden name was Abigail Johnson, that she is a resident of fearkley township, Jasper county, Indiana, and that she has been a resident of the county for the last ten years. She was married to George A. Eadus, July 3rd, 1876, in Barkley township, lived with him eighteen months, during which time she discharged her duties as a wife to defendant, truly ahd faithfully. In December, 1877, the defendant abandoned his loving and tender helpmeet, since which tim > he has wholly failed to make any provisions for her support, and she has been obliged to earn her own living by her own labor as a house-keeper. T e plaintiff asks for a decree of divorce, and all other proper relief, and the privilege of resuming her maiden name.
