The latter with that ever to be dreaded disease, “Consumption. G. S. Guild and Mr. George Blaze have just returned with a lino bunch of cattle after an absence of about three weeks. Born. —To C. W. Paris and wife, a son. The proud father now eries “Hurray fer Saint John” another added ,to the list of “Prohibitionists”. A series of meetings has been held ib Gillain by the Rev. John Sebring, resulting in fifty-eight accessions to the church and a general stir up of the church. One of the important features the meeting is the awakening of some prominent heads of families.
