Judge Osborne Bobbins, of Galveston. who has been a widovfer for a year or so, has been paying his addresses to Sally Perkins, who is only seventeen years of age. ,He finally proposed to her, telling her what an easy time she would have of it, and how' good, he was to his first wife, with whom he lived ia harmony for twenty-five years.
