Band of Hope Entertainment.

We haye received, but too late for publication, the programme of an entertainment to be given by the temperance organization known as the •* Band of Hope’ at the M. K- church on next Monday evening-, Dec. 22nd. The ex~crcises will eorsist of recitations, songs, essays, colloquies &c. The public are cordially invited to attend, and thus encourage, by their presence and patronage, the children 'in the work they are doing in opposition to King Alcohol. - The small admission fees of LL cents for adults, and 10 cents for children, will be charged.
